High Tibial Osteotomy

Joint-preserving high tibia osteotomy plays a major role in the treatment of unicompartmental knee arthrosis. With new fixation techniques, like the POSITION HTO Plate, and differentiated options for treatment, new approaches to surgical therapy are opening up for the surgeon.

HTO Features
  • Simple, image-free registration of the leg alignment
  • Dynamic goniometry in frontal and sagital plane
  • Control of changes of tibia slope, rotation and leg length
  • Optional registration of ligament stability
  • Documentation of results
  • Modular, calibrated instruments
  • Use of state-of-the art passive infrared sensor technology,
    for safe intraoperative handling
